Documents required for Australia visa application

• Completely fill and submit the two forms- Form 1419 and Form 956
• 2 recent passport size photos (not be older than 6 months)
• Photo size should be 35mm x 45mm
• Photo should have 80% face coverage
• Photograph shouldn’t be used be used anywhere prior to the application
• Cover letter mentioning his/her name, designation, passport number, purpose, expenses detail, duration of visit and must be addressed to Australian High Commission, New Delhi.
• ITR showing transaction summary of last 3 years
• Bank statement of last 6 months mentioning applicant’s name, account number with bank seal and sign
• Last 3 months’ Salary slip
• Leave letter from an employer (if working), which must be addressed to Australian High commission, New Delhi
